Summer Session Art Classes 2026

Ceramic Hand Building & Sculpture: 

Join our most popular ceramics class!!

Kids will explore the fun of creating with clay in this hands-on hand building ceramics class. Students will learn basic techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab building to shape their own imaginative projects. Finished pieces will be decorated and glazed, giving every child a unique work of art to take home.”

Tuition: $45.00 per 2 hour class/day Ages 7 &up

(1.5 hours class ages 5 &6)

Pottery Wheel Ceramics: 

Join our fun and hands-on Children’s Pottery Wheel Class! In this creative ceramics class, kids will learn the basics of wheel throwing, including centering clay, shaping bowls and cups, and adding unique decorative touches.

Children will also explore essential techniques like trimming and glazing, turning their creations into colorful, functional pieces to take home.

Tuition: $45.00

Session: 2 Hours per class/day

Basket Weaving

Join our fun and creative Children’s Basket Weaving Class, designed for kids ages [age 7-9 or 10-15]! In this hands-on workshop, kids will learn the basics of basket weaving using safe, colorful materials perfect for little hands. Our friendly instructors guide children step by step as they create their very own baskets to take home, encouraging creativity, patience, and fine motor skills. No prior experience is needed—just bring your imagination!

Ages 6-8 

Session: 1.25 Hour Session

Tuition: $35.00 

Ages 9 and Up 

2 Hours per class day.  

(2 class days to complete project)

Tuition: 35.00 Per class day (Plus Additional $25.00 materials fee)

Rug Hooking

Join our rug hooking class and work with beautiful wool yarns, silk and textured cloths to make your first mini hooked rug.  In this introductory class we will work with a small kit to learn the technique and complete a first project.  Students can select additional yarns and textures to add creative touches to their kits.  

Ages 10 &Up 

Tuition: $35.00 per class/day (plus Additional 35.00 Kit Fee)

Session:  2 Hour per class/day  (Students may require more than one class to complete).

Policies: 

Class sizes are limited, we keep our class sizes small so that we can focus on our students and provide the best educational and fun experience. Students must be pre-registered.

Dress Code:

We ask our students to please wear closed toe shoes in the studio.  Pottery students please tie back long hair and please no acrylic nails. 

Pottery students may bring their own hand towel and apron if desired.
