TEXTILES:

Weaving:

Learn to weave a beautiful twill table runner in fall colors. Students will learn weaving basics while working on a four harness table loom.

Rug Hooking:

Learn the craft of traditional rug hooking. Create a small seasonal rug hooking that can be made into a cushion or a pillow. Students will use a variety of wools and silk to create their rugs.  We will provide the designs and materials.  Students can utilize their own original design working within our project dimensions.

CERAMICS:

Witch Hat Luminary. - Students will create a beautiful luminary hat to display or gift. Each hate is unique and can be fashioned for any season.
Get creative by adding all sorts of appliqué and design elements. This is a very fun workshop!

Pumpkins & Leaves

Students Will create display pumpkins and fall leaves.  Each student will experiment with color blending to achieve beautiful colors of autum.

Trees for Winter, Style Decor or Holidays:

Smooth Groove Tree (with or without light kit)  Students will hand build a beautiful tree using clay.  These trees are very unique and have a very sweet calming feel. Students will build and glaze their trees. Light kits and bulbs can be added as an additional option.

THE VINTAGE TREE EXPERIENCE. Create a beautiful vintage style tree with colored or white bulbs and light kit.
These porcelain trees are cast in our studio from vintage ceramic molds.  These are so special.  The molds have been out of production for decades and are very rare.  Students will have an opportunity to actually cast their tree, prepare it for firing and then glaze. This Is a fun and amazing opportunity to step back in time, learn a bit about pircelain casting and glazing.

Seasonal Ornaments Workshop:

Students will create 15 seasonal ornaments.  Ceramic ornaments can be made in and theme, season or holiday and make a perfect gift for any occasion.

Oblong Mid Century Patterned Gift Serving Platter. This platter makes the perfect gift to present treats when visiting the mid century modern home.
Students will create this beautiful platter using specialty tools we have in the studio. They will learn basic hand building techniques and selected appropriate glaze colors to complete the vibe.
